Our Mission

At Brighter Days, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, professional, and above all, person-centred care that empowers individuals to live with dignity and independence in their own homes.

Brighter Days ahead

Our friendly, professional staff are committed to creating a warm and nurturing environment where every client feels valued and cared for. We strive to contribute positively to our client’s overall quality of life, by looking after their health, safety, comfort, mental wellbeing and spiritual needs, bringing brighter days to those that we support.

Meet the Team

  • Kaye Brighter Days Co-owner and Registered Nurse

    Catherine Fearn - Registered Manager

I’m delighted to introduce myself as the proud co-owner and Registered Manager of our agency. My name is Catherine, and I have always envisioned owning a business where I can make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

With a background as a registered nurse for 25 years, I have dedicated my career to healthcare and have long dreamed of creating a service where care goes beyond the basics.

One of my greatest passions is introducing creative and engaging activities to enrich the lives of our clients. Whether through music therapy, art sessions, or stimulating activities, I am committed to fostering an environment where our clients can thrive and experience joy in their daily lives.

  • Michael, Co-owner & Manager of Brighter Days.

    Michael Crisp-Nominated Individual

My path into the Social Care sector has been quite different to that of my colleague & business partner Catherine..
I spent over 28 years as a professional Fire Fighter with Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service, serving and supporting my local community, I ran my own business fitting kitchens and bathrooms, then went on to spend 10 years at a local nursing home, gaining valuable insight into the complexities and workings of the UK’s care system, eventually progressing to become an Assistant Manager.
Our aim is to provide high quality, professional care and support for those in our community who need it. But also, to go that little bit further.
We want those we support to feel valued and cared for, to feel that they matter, have support when they need it and can remain part of the community they’ve always known, living life their way for as long as possible.
